The Economic Society gathers students, alumni and professionals in economics, in order to exchange views and knowledge, strengthen our network and socialise, and promote careers in economics.

Our student members come from prestigious schools where they are studying economics at a graduate level: the Ecole Polytechnique, Sciences Po and ENSAE but also HEC, through their joint Masters with Polytechnique in Quantitative economics and finance. Indeed, the organisation was created under the impulse of students from the joint curricular in Economics and public policy (EPP), who realized that they wanted to create an organization to support and promote economics and students in economics of their schools.

Moreover, the Economic Society is designed to welcome any professional in the economic sphere, either from academia, or working in the public or the private sector, on top of the future professionals who are graduating from our members’ institutions.
